What was the first thing you did when preparing for your wedding? Where did you look for information?
A: First, we imagined what kind of atmosphere we wanted for our wedding. We both agreed that we wanted a warm and relaxed feeling, like having a meal and spending time together with close friends and family, without feeling nervous or formal.
After that, we started looking for a venue that matched our vision. We attended more than 20 wedding open houses and venue visits, not including online searches. We looked at venues across Bangkok and the surrounding areas.

Q: How did you choose your wedding venue, and why did you choose this place?
A: This venue offers many different function rooms, so couples can choose based on their preferences and number of guests. We chose the Sapphire Room because it has a warm atmosphere, which was very important to us.
We did not want a large room, as it can feel less personal and make us feel nervous. We also preferred an indoor venue for the comfort and convenience of our elder guests.

Q: What did you like the most?
A: We really liked the wedding package because it already included many important details, such as venue decoration, flowers, and garlands. Everything was quite complete and well prepared.

Q: Did you set a wedding theme?

Q: Did the wedding packages cover everything you needed?
A: The packages included many things that we needed. For additional items such as musicians and a photo booth, IMPACT did not charge any extra vendor entry fees, which we really appreciated.

Q: Were the food and services suitable for you as a couple?
A: The service was excellent. Khun Sai, Khun Kwan, and the team were very kind and attentive. Whenever we had any concerns, they took care of everything for us with great care and willingness.

Q: Did you use a wedding planner?
A: We had Khun Faii from Faii Wedding as our master of ceremonies and host. She gave us very detailed advice on wedding planning.

She worked closely with Khun Sai, Khun Kwan, and the IMPACT team, whom we already trusted for their professionalism. My older brother also held his wedding here, so we felt confident that everything would run smoothly.

Q: Overall, what impressed you the most about the wedding?
A: We were very impressed with Khun Sai, Khun Kwan, and the entire team for taking such good care of us. The room atmosphere was lovely, the food was delicious with many choices, and the decoration packages included all the necessary items for a wedding. Everything was well organized.

Q: What advice would you give to couples planning their wedding?
A: Stay relaxed and enjoy the process. We had already chosen what was best for us, so the rest was in the hands of the professional team we trusted.
