What was the first thing you did when preparing for your wedding? Where did you look for information?
A: We started planning our wedding at the end of 2024. During the preparation, we mostly searched for reviews online and followed wedding content on social media such as TikTok and Facebook.

For the wedding venue, we chose IMPACT Wedding because I had worked here before, so I already had a general idea of the venue and how weddings are organized. We then came back to get more detailed information.

We planned everything at our own pace and did most things together. Once we finished something, we simply checked it off our list. We did not hire a wedding planner and preferred to manage everything by ourselves.

Q: How did you choose your wedding venue, and why did you choose this place?
A: We had limited time to prepare for our wedding, so when we talked to the IMPACT Muang Thong Thani team, we felt that their wedding package already included everything we needed.

The venue has a professional team that takes care of everything from start to finish, including planning, recommendations, and coordination. Other factors such as the package price and easy transportation also made our decision easier.

Although we compared a few other venues at first, we felt that IMPACT Wedding looks more modern and well-equipped overall, so we did not hesitate to choose this place.

Q: Did you set a wedding theme?
A: Yes, we chose a color theme of pink, cream, white, and brown. We sent reference images to the venue team, and they helped us with the decoration.

We were able to check the setup before the actual wedding day, and the overall result was very good. Our concept focused on a simple and elegant ceremony, keeping everything smooth and well-timed.

Q: Did the wedding packages cover everything you needed?
A: IMPACT Wedding offers a variety of wedding packages to choose from. If we wanted to add anything or adjust details, the team was happy to suggest options for us.

We honestly did not need to do much ourselves. It felt like we just showed up, and the venue team handled everything according to the package we chose.

Q: Were the food and services suitable for you as a couple?
A: We originally planned for around 50 guests, but the wedding venue kindly prepared tables for about 80 guests to give us more flexibility. On the wedding day, more guests came than expected, so the extra tables were perfect.

We chose a buffet menu and added food stalls as an add-on to make sure there was enough food for everyone. The IMPACT Wedding team followed all our requests very well, and everything went smoothly on the day.

Q: What was the atmosphere like on the wedding day?
A: The day started with a Buddhist ceremony at around 7:00 a.m., where we offered food to the monks. At around 8:00 a.m., guests were invited to enjoy breakfast.

After that, we continued with the traditional Thai ceremonies, including the procession, dowry presentation, ring exchange, paying respect to elders, and the water pouring ceremony.

After the ceremonies, guests took photos with us. The master of ceremonies invited family members to take photos in order, so everyone had a chance.

Overall, the atmosphere was much better than we expected. The event turned out beautifully, everyone was happy, and we received a lot of positive feedback. The wedding felt very warm and meaningful.

Q: What impressed you the most about the wedding?
A: We were most impressed with the ceremony and the master of ceremonies. He guided us through every step, gave clear instructions, and kept the atmosphere fun by talking with guests and making light jokes.

This made everyone feel involved, and the event was full of laughter and smiles. In addition, the IMPACT team stood by at different points to take care of our guests, which made us feel very confident and grateful.

Q: What advice would you give to couples planning their wedding?
A: I trusted IMPACT Wedding with almost everything. My main advice is to choose a wedding venue with a professional and experienced team. As couples, we do not know all the details of wedding planning, so having a reliable team makes everything much easier.

Another important recommendation is to carefully choose your photographer. It is best to read many reviews before deciding.

For couples who want a wedding that is not too large, with an elegant and warm atmosphere, and within a reasonable budget, I truly recommend IMPACT Wedding.

For our wedding, including the venue, makeup and hair, photographer, and souvenirs, our total budget was under 200,000 THB. We felt that everything was well worth it, and the result exceeded our expectations.
