What was the first step you took in preparing for your wedding, and where did you get your information?
A: We started by contacting Khun Sai to check the venue availability and confirm our wedding date. We received excellent service from both Khun Sai and Khun May, who helped coordinate everything—from checking the ballroom to managing various arrangements.
We had previously hosted an event here 8 years ago and wanted to use the service again. This time, we returned to work with Khun Sai and Khun May just like before, which brought back the same warmth and wonderful impression we experienced 8 years ago—without any shortcomings. They also assisted in coordinating with all related parties involved in the event.

Q: How did you choose your wedding venue, and why did you choose this one?
A: We chose the venue based on our past experience using the service. The main reason was the sense of comfort and familiarity—it reminded us of happy family moments and the wonderful atmosphere we had experienced before.
The wedding venue is convenient, the food is delicious, and each department works professionally. The team is also highly effective at handling unexpected situations.

Q: What did you like most about having your wedding here?
A: First and foremost, the sales and operations team—Khun Sai and Khun May. Both provided clear information, thoughtful advice, and seamless coordination with all related teams, which made us feel relaxed and worry-free.
Throughout the planning process, challenges naturally arose in many areas, but they treated us like family—always attentive, supportive, and solving problems together with us. Secondly, the venue itself offers a wide variety of spaces to suit different wedding styles. Dedicated staff were present to assist and take care of us throughout every stage of the ceremony.

Q: Did you have a wedding theme?
A: Yes, we had two themes for different parts of the day.
• Theme 1 (Morning Ceremony): Cream and beige tones
• Theme 2 (Evening Reception): Blue, gray, and navy, inspired by a Disney princess theme that suited both the bride and groom

Q: Did the wedding packages meet your needs?
A: Yes, we used a comprehensive package that included the engagement ceremony, wedding reception, spa services, and a bridal suite. Everything was very well taken care of.

Q: Did the food and services meet your expectations?
A: The food was delicious for both the daytime meals and the evening banquet, with a wide variety of choices. Many guests complimented the food.
However, the butter cake bakery items could be improved, as they lacked some fragrance and softness in texture.

Q: Did you use a wedding planner?
A: Yes, we hired The Team Organizer for venue decoration and to manage the ceremony run-through during the evening reception. The decorations turned out beautifully as agreed, and the run-through team was highly professional. They took great care of the bride and helped resolve every issue, allowing the bride to smile happily throughout the event.

Q: Overall, what impressed you the most about the wedding?
A: We were most impressed by the venue itself. We previously held an event in the Sapphire Room 8 years ago, which held many special memories for our family.
Returning to the same room, we could still feel the warmth and unique atmosphere that is hard to find elsewhere. Many moments throughout the event created lasting impressions for our entire family.

Q: What advice would you give to couples planning their wedding?
A: 1. Choose a venue that is responsible, high-quality, and truly understands your needs.
2. Select coordinators who are attentive and care about every detail, even those that may seem small to others.
3. Clearly communicate all your true needs and expectations from the very beginning to avoid misunderstandings later.
4. Choose professional venues and teams, as this will help reduce stress and allow the couple to enjoy their special day with peace of mind.
