Q: What was the first thing you did when you started planning your wedding? Where did you look for information?
A: After we decided that we wanted to get married, the first thing we did was imagine what kind of wedding we wanted. We spent time discussing together what we liked, what we didn’t like, and what we truly wanted for our big day. Eventually, we came up with a clear picture of the wedding we both envisioned.

From there, we started preparing everything step by step. Since we wanted to organize most of the wedding ourselves, we searched for ideas, references, and inspiration online.

Q: How did you choose your wedding venue, and why did you choose this place?
A: When choosing a venue, we first imagined a place that would match the style of wedding we wanted. We began searching online for different venue options. Actually, we organized our wedding in two separate celebrations. The first one was a small gathering with close relatives, more like a family dinner, so finding that venue was quite easy since we already had a place in mind.
The second celebration was for friends only, with no relatives attending. We wanted it to be a fun and lively party where everyone could enjoy themselves without feeling formal. We started by exploring venues online and visiting several places, including restaurants and wedding avenues. However, we found that the costs were higher than expected if we wanted everything to be complete and well-organized. So we shifted our focus to hotel venues. Our main criteria were convenient transportation and interior design that we liked. We started checking wedding packages at various hotels. Then we remembered attending a friend’s wedding at IMPACT before, so we decided to inquire there as well. We scheduled a venue visit and met with Khun Sai to discuss the wedding package details. Khun Sai played a very important role in making us feel impressed with IMPACT. We were impressed by the completeness of the services and the variety of options available to suit different needs. Most importantly, we truly felt her care and willingness to support and accommodate us. Our first impression during that meeting was a key factor that made IMPACT our number one choice.

Q: What did you like most about having your wedding here?
A: Honestly, the coolest part is being able to proudly say that our wedding was held at IMPACT. When people ask where the wedding was held and we say “IMPACT,” it sounds grand and impressive. Many people assume that hosting a wedding at IMPACT must be very expensive, but we always tell them that it’s actually not as costly as they think. It is absolutely worth the money. IMPACT is very convenient to travel to, whether by private car or public transportation. The venue is already well known, so guests don’t need complicated directions. The facilities are fully equipped and flexible enough to accommodate many different styles of weddings, making it convenient for both the hosts and the guests.

Q: Did you have a specific wedding theme?
A: We didn’t set a specific theme. Instead, we wanted the entire event to feel like an after-party from the very beginning. There was no formality at all. The focus was simply on celebrating and having fun with our friends.
We would like to thank IMPACT again for giving us the freedom to create the kind of celebration we truly wanted.

Q: Did the wedding package cover everything you needed?
A: The wedding package at IMPACT actually covered much more than we needed. Since we didn’t want a formal wedding and preferred a party-style event, we ended up removing many elements from the package.
We probably removed so many things that the team felt sorry! Both Khun Sai and Khun Kwan kept encouraging us to take advantage of the extras included in the package. The team cared about the overall presentation of the wedding even more than we did. As a couple with little experience in organizing weddings, we had simple ideas, but the team was always there to provide professional advice and support. Their willingness to take care of us was truly evident, even though we were quite demanding at times.

Q: Were you satisfied with the food and service?
A: All of our friends said the same thing — the food was absolutely delicious. The service from the staff was attentive and consistent throughout the entire event, from before the wedding began until the very end. Everyone on the team was highly professional and performed their roles excellently. Overall, the level of service exceeded our expectations by a lot. Truly outstanding.

Q: Did you hire a wedding planner?
A: We didn’t hire a wedding planner at all. We planned things roughly by ourselves at the beginning. Once we started working with IMPACT, their experienced team helped turn our ideas into reality.
Through their guidance, advice, and support, the wedding came together exactly the way we wanted. Honestly, the IMPACT team carried the whole event!

Q: Overall, what impressed you the most?
A: We were impressed by everything — the venue, facilities, food, service, and decorations. But if we had to highlight what made all of this possible, it would be the IMPACT team.
We were impressed with Khun Sai from the very first meeting because of her professionalism, care, and friendly approach. She made us feel completely at ease knowing that our wedding was in professional hands.
We were also very impressed with Khun Kwan, who helped guide us and transform our ideas into the wedding we wanted, even though our requests were not exactly typical.
We also appreciated Khun BB, who supported us before the event and throughout the wedding. Even though I don’t remember everything clearly during the party, every time I needed help, Khun BB somehow appeared right away. I have no idea how she managed to do that!
Special thanks as well to Khun Pop, Khun Pla, and the entire team who helped manage the event and ensured that everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
We were also impressed by the backdrop team, who worked very hard to create a beautiful backdrop exactly as we envisioned.
The venue setup team paid great attention to every small detail, from the arrangement of the tables to the smoothness of the tablecloths and other finishing touches before the event began. Finally, we truly appreciated the kitchen and beverage team who took excellent care of our guests, allowing the bride and groom to enjoy the party fully without any worries. The feedback from our guests regarding the service was overwhelmingly positive.

Q: What advice would you give to couples planning their wedding?
A: Start by thinking about what you truly want for your wedding. This is one of the most important days in your life, so it should be a day you will always remember with happiness. It should be a celebration where you can enjoy yourself the most.
