Q: What was the first thing you did when you started planning your wedding? Where did you look for information?
A: The first thing we looked for was the venue. We prepared ourselves by reading reviews and gathering information from different platforms, especially Facebook and TikTok.

Q: How did you choose your wedding venue, and why did you choose this place?
A: We visited several venues and mainly chose based on our personal preferences and travel convenience. Since we live around the Rangsit area, IMPACT naturally became one of the places we wanted to visit.
There were many room types to choose from, but in the end, we chose the Amber Room because it was the only room where, the moment we opened the door, we looked at each other and nodded at the same time. It felt like we instantly knew, this is the one — exactly the style we both loved. We even said that day that we had finally found a place that truly matched what we were looking for.
Another reason was the reviews. IMPACT stood out for its comprehensive service and one-stop solutions, from nearby hotel accommodations to its overall readiness and high-quality service standards.

Q: What did you like most about having your wedding here?
A: The fast coordination and quick responses really stood out. Whenever we had concerns, P’ Kob was always able to ease our worries immediately. We were also impressed by the quality of the food prepared on the wedding day — it was delicious and served in generous portions for all our guests.

Q: Did you have a specific wedding theme?
A: We mainly had a color theme, and the operations team executed it perfectly. It matched exactly what we had envisioned.

Q: Did the wedding package cover everything you needed?
A: Yes, it was very comprehensive.

Q: Were you satisfied with the food and service?
A: Absolutely. Our guests consistently complimented how delicious everything was, and that made us incredibly happy because it reassured us that we had chosen the right venue.

Q: Did you hire a wedding planner?
A: Not at all. Other than what IMPACT already prepared for us, we handled things ourselves. Honestly, there wasn’t much left for us to manage because IMPACT’s services and facilities already covered almost everything we needed.

Q: Overall, what impressed you the most?
A: The food and the overall event decoration.

Q: What advice would you give to couples planning their wedding?
A: We’d recommend creating a wedding that truly reflects who you are and your personal style. Also, discuss all the details thoroughly and early on, so you know what else needs to be prepared and can avoid unnecessary stress closer to the big day.
